Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as the Christmas holidays or major sales), processing time may take slightly longer than usual.

We currently ship to all addresses within mainland UK. We offer the following shipping methods:

We use reliable UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD to deliver your parcels.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain your tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

At this time, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship internationally.

We are not liable for delivery errors if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided during the purchase process.

  • If you miss your delivery: The courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your parcel (e.g., a local Post Office or parcel locker).
  • If your order arrives damaged: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or faulty, contact our customer service team immediately at [your contact email address] with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from 99p Stores. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns process.
 
Our Returns Period
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return any unwanted items to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or packing slip).
Note: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the seal is broken, such as cosmetics, opened personal care items, and some perishable food items.
 
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team using one of the methods below. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the correct return address.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay your refund.
 
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and items lost in transit are the customer’s responsibility.
 
Refunds Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of business days, typically 3 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or simply not what you ordered, please get in touch with us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@99pstores.co.uk.
In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a collection, and we will dispatch a replacement item or process a full refund right away.
