Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can check out as a guest. However, registering an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping details for future purchases, and view your order history easily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as secure payments via PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@99pstores.co.uk . We cannot guarantee changes can be made if the order has already been dispatched.
Why is my item priced over 99p?
While our store name reflects our commitment to exceptional value and many items are indeed 99p, our selection includes a wider variety of value-priced products. We strive to offer the best possible price on every item we stock, helping you save money across the board.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping Info:
Free Shipping on Single SIMs
One SIM? Shipping is FREE via Royal Mail.
Multiple SIMs?
2–10 SIMs: Standard Royal Mail rate applies (£1.60–£3 depending on quantity).
Bulk Orders (11–100 SIMs):
Flat £10 shipping fee via Royal Mail.
We post all orders the same or next working day!
Shipping – Made Simple:
1 SIM: FREE postage (Royal Mail)
2–10 SIMs: Small standard Royal Mail charge
11–100 SIMs: £10 flat fee
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Express Delivery typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
Orders shipped fast – usually same day before 3 pm or next day.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the mainland United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping options in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
Are returns free?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if the item is simply unwanted. If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return costs and issue a full replacement or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
